Budget Ceiling scraping starts with excellent preparation. First thing our crews will do is to cover all walls, floors with heavy duty construction plastic. This will prevent any debris from harming the interior of your home. We will manage all furniture to be moved and then the tedious process begins. With standard acoustic drywall ceilings, we will spray a light mist on the popcorn to loosen it up. If you have painted ceilings, this process is much more difficult and potentially more costly. If you have plaster ceilings, our crews will lightly scrape the plaster and then apply 2 coats of drywall mud to cover any texture that is unable to be removed. Our consultants can visit your home or office to inspect what type of ceilings you may have.
